Advertising and Sponsorship Coordinator

Use your sales and marketing skills and contacts within the learning and development community to:

  • Promote advertising and sponsorship opportunities within the Maryland and national learning and development communities
  • Develop creative ideas for revenue generation through advertising and sponsorship

Ongoing; 2-4 hours per week.

Programs Admin Support

Help the program committee stay up to date by helping to:

  • View reports on website
  • Update rosters
  • Report any issues or problems to Program Director

Recurring; once a month; Less than 5 hours per month.

Program Greeter

Make more contacts quickly by helping at one or more programs:

  • Greet and welcome program attendees
  • Help set up materials, etc. as needed
  • Take cash, check and charge payments for programs
  • Check names off roster
  • Find board member to answer any questions

One time only; could repeat if desired.

Public Relations/Marketing Assistant

Serves as member of Public Relations Committee.  May perform one or several of the following tasks:

  • Prepare publicity materials
    • News releases
    • Brochures
    • Fliers
  • Develop articles for the newsletter
  • Post events in the internet
  • Create monthly program announcements
  • Prepare press releases and contact news media
